ABF Saar - short for Auto, Boot, Freizeit (Car, Boat, Leisure) - is the largest leisure fair in southwest Germany. For nine days in March the Saarmesse grounds fill with new cars, motorhomes and caravans, boats, e-bikes and outdoor equipment.
Alongside the sales stands there are test tracks, camping-lifestyle areas and travel-region stalls. It is the traditional season opener for anyone planning a road trip, a camping holiday or a summer on the water.
